Elementary Teacher

At St. Michael's Elementary School, the goal of our staff is to provide our students the ultimate learning experience in a nurturing and safe environment. By building strong relationships and trust, students are challenged to become passionate learners and develop into powerful thinkers, academically and spiritually. Our innovative and supportive environment guides students to successfully become productive and responsible future leaders of our community.

Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications:
Commitment to Catholic Education
Identification with and participation in the life of a Catholic parish
Successful teaching experience, primary years an asset
Have an understanding of the Early Learning Framework of BC
Ability to support students with exceptional needs through differentiated instruction
Ability to foster positive relationships with children and families, colleagues and administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively
Ability to use discretion when dealing with confidential matters
