Responsibilities Provides a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis services for clients with diverse business and technological needs. Interacts with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their requirements through gathering, documenting, and analysing business needs and requirements. Prepares and advises on business analysis policies, processes, best practices and standards to promote a comprehensive and consistent business analysis practice within the organization. Leads and conducts business analysis in order to assess client’s business problems/opportunities and documents the business requirements in such a way that I&IT solutions can be determined. Applies re‑engineering concepts to promote business improvements through alternative and cost effective service delivery approaches. Develops sound processes for requirements gathering including but not limited to JAD sessions, interviews, mockups, etc. Must Have 10+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst. Experience in Lean / Six Sigma Process. Understanding of Operations and workflows. Leads and facilitates workshops to elicit, review, document, and confirm business requirements, business process re‑engineering, business models, business rules, and user interface design. Ability to work closely with operations team to capture actual process. Ideal BA as a lead with supporting large projects with various stakeholders. Experience leading meetings. Documenting business requirements, GAP analysis with current/future state. Proficiency with business analysis and project management tools (e.g., DevOps, MS Visio, and other modeling tools) to document and track business requirements, project milestones, and progress. Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Visio specifically). Perform data analytics including volume cycle times, productivity data, identify trends. Inform process re‑design.
