About You

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Reception Front Desk Associate to join our team at our event space. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a pivotal role in creating positive experiences and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.


To be successful in this role, you must be self motivated, well organized, have a keen eye for details, have great interpersonal skills, and be effective in verbal and oral communication. Most of all, you must be a driven individual who is seeking to excel and contribute meaningfully to achieve personal and organizational growth.


Responsibilities :

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a hospitable atmosphere
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assist guests with event inquiries and reservations
  • Provide detailed information about event space amenities, services, and upcoming events
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the front desk area and lobby.
  • Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Address guest concerns or issues promptly and courteously, striving for quick resolution
  • Collaborate closely with team members to coordinate events and provide seamless service
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing


Job Requirements

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a welcoming and professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational abilities and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and booking software
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
  • A positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
