Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they enter the store or over the phone and assist them with inquiries, purchases, and product recommendations.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving complaints, and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including displays and merchandise
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and performing regular stock checks
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and promote special offers or promotions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed advice to customers

**Requirements**:

- Must be a Reliable Person with strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Fluency in oral and written English, able to speak Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service related to electrical preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using computer and POS systems.

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Serving It Right (preferred)
