What you’ll accomplish with us As a Client Relation Specialist, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are your key responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound, outbound calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency Address client inquiries, provide information on insurance policies, and resolve any issues or concerns Assist clients with policy updates and general policy enquiries and accurately document all client interactions and follow up as needed to ensure resolution. Collaborate with dealerships and financial institutions to complete pending files. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex client issues and ensure a seamless client experience. Stay informed about our products, services, and industry trends to effectively assist clients. What could accelerate your success in this role We’re looking for someone who: Has 3 years of experience in a call center, customer service or client relations role, preferably in the insurance industry Is recognized for their excellent customer service oriented Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Is known for their good knowledge of the Office suite and software tools Advanced level of English proficiency is required, as the role involves handling a variety of calls, emails, and documents in English, and frequent interaction with English speaking clients and partners across Canada on a daily basis.
