What You’ll Accomplish With Us As a Client Relation Specialist, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are your key responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound, outbound calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency. Address client inquiries, provide information on insurance policies, and resolve any issues or concerns. Assist clients with policy updates and general policy enquiries and accurately document all client interactions and follow up as needed to ensure resolution. Collaborate with dealerships and financial institutions to complete pending files.
