The Role We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Assistant Sales & F&I Manager to oversee daily sales operations while handling finance and insurance (F&I) responsibilities. This hybrid role is ideal for an experienced closer who thrives on making deals happen, mentoring a sales team, and structuring profitable financing solutions. If you’re a closer who leads by example—and can guide others to do the same—this role is for you. What You’ll Do Sales & Leadership Step in as the go-to closer to help secure deals and overcome objections. Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance. Support daily operations and help achieve monthly sales targets. F&I & Business Office Present financing options, protection plans, and aftermarket products. Secure approvals with multiple lenders while staying compliant. Ensure accurate contracts, clean paperwork, and timely submissions. Used Car Operations Assist with appraisals, trades, pricing, and inventory. Coordinate reconditioning and vehicle readiness with service shops. Oversee deal flow, licensing, and funding paperwork to maintain compliance. What We’re Looking For 3+ years automotive sales experience (required) Hands-on F&I / business office experience (preferred) Proven closing ability with a track record of exceeding sales targets Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching others Knowledge of DMS platforms (Dealertrack, Surefire, Selly Automotive, etc.) Valid driver’s license and clean record Valid Current OMVIC License High energy, detail-oriented, competitive mindset Excellent communication and customer service skills Why Join Us Competitive compensation (base + commission + bonuses) Growth potential into senior management Hands‑on impact in a high‑performance dealership How to Apply Ready to step up?
