We are looking for an Associate Director to lead paid search & social strategies, drive client and employee retention, and directly influence our P&L. Overview Associate Directors are pivotal at Directive, directly responsible for client and employee retention, with performance reflected in P&L. Role And Responsibilities Goal Setting: Set goals for every client engagement in your pod. Best Practices: Ensure all clients follow best practices across channels, including LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, functional content. Breakdown Barriers: Understand approval moments, support strategists to secure approvals, establish action plans to remove roadblocks. Accountability: Lead rather than manage—build structure, establish cadence, support proactively, and empower team with clear communication and expectation setting. Goals NSM Attainment: 100% CSAT: 4.2+ Bookings: $150k for each half of the year (total across pod for H1) What We Offer We have a set living wage at Directive.
