H&M Sales Advisor

Overview As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell our products and provide support and guidance. You will use fashion and product knowledge to give customers the information they need for the best experience. You will also work on garment refill & care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and omni experience where available, supporting direct customer service Engage with customers to deliver outstanding service and conversations Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products in all store areas Promote and sell products effectively Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management Maintain fashion and trend awareness to inform customers Share relevant product information with customers Retain and share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge with colleagues Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop and support each other Participate in onboarding, introductions, trainings and courses relevant for the role and future development Complete full garment lifecycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house Support garment presentation, execution, and attractive merchandise displays according to visual and commercial guidelines Maintain good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor Follow in-store OMNI Services & in-store tech tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.) Assist with opening and closing of the store Follow all health and safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role Qualifications You are passionate about fashion and in-store creations Motivated to provide customers with a great experience Strong communication, creativity, curiosity, flexibility, decisiveness, and action-orientation Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment Sales experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment or fashion/retail service industries Why You’ll Love Working at H&M We value diverse backgrounds and strive for an inclusive workplace We are a values-driven organization guided by seven values Access to Colleague Resource Groups (CRGs) for community and networking You’ll be part of an inclusive company where you can be yourself at work Opportunities for career growth within a large global talent community Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, wellness, family support programs, retirement plan, paid leave, and paid time off Employee discount across H&M Group brands Additional Information This job posting highlights the most critical responsibilities and requirements.
