As a Sales Advisor, you will deliver outstanding customer service, welcome and guide customers through the store and omni‑channel experience, promote and sell H&M products, and support the Customer Loyalty App. You will also maintain garment care and presentation, keep the sales floor and back‑of‑house organized, and collaborate with your team to exceed sales and operational targets. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding shoppers and using omni‑channel tools where available. Engage customers in conversations to better understand their needs. Guide shoppers through fashion trends, stories, and products across all store areas. Promote and sell products effectively, adhering to visual and commercial guidelines. Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives. Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions. Support commercial and operational actions to meet sales targets with the management team. Complete the garment cycle (unpacking, refill, steaming) and ensure proper garment care. Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes. Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, including stockrooms. Support garment presentation, merchandise displays, and trend story themes. Replenish stock levels on the sales floor. Use OMNI services and tech tools such as Instore Care App, Click & Collect, and Smart Store. Assist with opening and closing of the store. Follow health & safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role. Qualifications Passionate about fashion and committed to creating a great customer experience. Strong communication, creativity, curiosity, motivation, flexibility, decisiveness, and action‑orientation. Experience in retail sales with customer service skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Knowledge of fashion, retail, or related service industries.
