The primary objective is to lead and ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and efficient patient care, inspire staff to implement integrated, person‑centred care, and manage the School of Radiation Therapy, including educational and accreditation responsibilities. The role also monitors and evaluates key performance indicators, collaborates with internal and external partners, and promotes an environment of clinical and service excellence. Qualifications Post‑secondary degree in a relevant health discipline from an accredited institution. Relevant graduate degree is an asset. Certificate in Adult Education preferred. 5 years of progressive management experience in patient services within a publicly funded health organization. 5 years of experience working in Radiation Therapy. 3 years of experience organizing, coordinating and leading education and training programs. 2 years of experience developing, implementing, and evaluating education strategies and activities. 2 years of management experience leading a clinical operations team within a unionized environment desired. 2 years of experience implementing program planning, development, and evaluation. Acceptable equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered. Skills and Abilities formation, (the following sentence should be entirely removed but it is replaced by shorter list). Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple requests and work independently or within a team. Experience in change management, patient satisfaction, multidisciplinary team environments, conflict resolution, and quality improvement. Project management experience with multi‑disciplinary internal and external stakeholders. Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio). Ability to cultivate inclusive and equitable working relationships. Required Licenses, Registrations, Designations Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technology (CAMRT) registration required. Physical Demands and Working Conditions Must be able to work safely in a typical computerized office environment with frequent meetings. Familiarity with lifting and carrying items required. Interruptions to respond to questions from executives and partner organizations common; dedicated time for生成 planning and concentration can be scheduled.
