The primary objective is to lead and ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and efficient patient care. The incumbent will inspire and guide staff to embrace and implement integrated, person‑centred care and service delivery models for CancerCare Manitoba (CCMB). This role is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the School of Radiation Therapy, determining education and training needs for students and staff, and ensuring ongoing compliance with accreditation requirements. The Manager is accountable for providing patient‑centric operational management in a financially responsible manner, collaborating with leadership, internal teams, and external partners to support patients accessing quality cancer services, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring safe, effective, and appropriate patient care through the 받을 clinical quality framework and a patient‑centric approach. This role will cultivate an environment that promotes clinical and service excellence. Responsibilities and Expectations Lead multidisciplinary patient‑services teams and manage operational budgets. Develop and implement education and training programs for staff and students. Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements. Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators. Collaborate with leadership, internal teams, and external partners to improve patient‑care pathways. Promote an inclusive, equitable workplace and develop inclusive working relationships. Support financial stewardship by managing resources efficiently. Qualifications Post‑secondary degree in a relevant health discipline from an accredited institution. Graduate degree in health or education preferred. Certificate in Adult Education preferred. 5 years of progressive management experience leading patient‑services in a publicly funded health‑services organization. 5 years of experience working in Radiation Therapy. 3 years of experience organizing, coordinating, and leading education and training programs. 2 years of experience developing, implementing, and evaluating education strategies. 2 years of management experience leading a clinical operations team within a unionized environmentริษัท. 2 years of experience implementing program planning, development, and evaluation. Master level in Education or RT preferred.事实. Skills and Abilities Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple requests and work independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of change management, patient satisfaction, multidisciplinary team environments, conflict resolution, and quality improvement. Experience managing projects with multi‑disciplinary internal and external stakeholders. Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio). Ability to cultivate inclusive and equitable working relationships. Required Licenses, Registrations, Designations Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technology (CAMRT) registration required. Physical Demands and Working Conditions Work in a typical computerized office environment with frequent meetings and occasional lifting and carrying tasks.Respond to interruptions and requests from executives and partner organizations. Maintain a valid Manitoba driver’s license and use a personal vehicle for regular travel within the province. Other Requirements Maintain a satisfactory employment record.
