Base pay range CA$58.00/hr - CA$65.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Insight Global Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business & Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle EBS Financials (or similar tier‑one ERP) to support and enhance our global retail finance systems. This role partners closely with Finance and Technology teams to improve processes, deliver system enhancements, and ensure the stability and accuracy of our financial platforms. The initiative focuses on transforming and optimizing our global retail finance systems to support a rapidly evolving business landscape. The project involves enhancing Oracle EBS Financials and its integrations with critical platforms such as Coupa, GTNexus, and Accruent (Lucernex). The goal is to streamline financial processes across multiple regions, improve data accuracy, and deliver scalable solutions that enable global standardization. By leveraging technology and best practices, this project will strengthen financial operations, reduce complexity, and provide a robust foundation for future growth. Required skills and experience 7–10+ years of business and systems analysis experience Deep functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Financials (ideally, with similar Tier‑1 ERP such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, etc.) Enterprise level experience required Strong understanding of retail finance processes Experience leading QA activities (functional testing, regression testing, UAT) with both manual and automation testing experience Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills Hands‑on functional troubleshooting experience Accounting background strongly preferred Comfortable being hands‑on and capable to map and design, with an affinity for working onsite Nice to have skills and experience Accounting certifications preferred Retail experience Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Analyst and Business Development Industries: Retail Apparel and Fashion #J-18808-Ljbffr
