About the Role We are hiring a full time Growth & Marketing specialist to help scale one of the fastest growing CPG brands in Canada. This is a hands on, execution heavy role that spans growth marketing, content, paid ads, trade shows, partnerships, and experimentation . You will work directly with the founders to build and run the entire marketing engine. If you like running experiments, shipping fast, working across digital and real world channels, and owning growth end to end, this role is for you. The role is remote. What You’ll Do Growth Marketing Own CAC, ROAS, LTV and cohort level performance tracking Test funnels, landing pages, upsells, checkout flows, and conversion paths Launch and iterate affiliate and referral programs Design and test new retention and loyalty programs Email marketing and email flow generation / tracking Content and Organic Growth Create organic and paid ad creatives Develop and publish blog, social, and organic content Grow brand presence on Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms Run influencer and UGC experiments Test new acquisition channels and non traditional growth ideas In-Person Activations Apply to and manage trade shows, expos, and retail events Hire and manage brand ambassadors and trade show staff Coordinate logistics, assets, booths, and on site execution Own ROI and lead capture from every event Brand Building & Special Projects Build brand partnerships, podcast placements, PR, and earned media Own projects from idea to execution 1 to 4 years of experience in marketing, growth, or digital acquisition Experience building and growing social media audiences through trend aware organic content, platform native storytelling, and hands on brand account management Strong analytical thinking and comfort with numbers, funnels, and performance data Experience running or supporting paid ads on Meta, Google, or similar platforms Experience with social media, content, and audience growth Highly organized, fast moving, and comfortable in ambiguity Strong written and verbal communication Able to work some days in person in Toronto Legally eligible to work in Canada Preferred Qualifications Experience in e-commerce or consumer brands Experience with Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools Experience managing multiple channels at once Comfort running experiments with incomplete data Experience with trade shows, retail, or in person marketing What You’ll Gain Direct access to founders and real decision making power A front row seat to scaling a consumer brand across Canada and the US The chance to build a marketing machine from the ground up Fast growth for high performers Application Requirements Apply with Resume, and Cover Letter Submit a 60-90 second video interview explaining why you\'re a perfect fit for our Business Operations team here: Let us know when you\'ve completed your video submission by sending an email to Please note that the video interview is mandatory.
