Growth Media: Own all growth media with core focus on Conversion Rate Optimization, paid channels & creative strategy. Contribute to brand development via slated A/B testing and customer‑centric research. Who you’ll work with Marketing and Growth Team Business Operations / Data team Revenue Operations Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated experience in scaling paid marketing channels across various platforms, with a proven track record of driving substantial growth and optimizing campaign performance. Thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced startup environment, with the agility and enthusiasm to adapt quickly, tackle diverse challenges, and contribute effectively to a high‑energy team.
