About the Role The Growth Marketing Manager drives business growth by optimizing conversion, engagement, and retention across the full marketing funnel. Combining strategic insight with hands‑on execution—including copywriting, experimentation, process building, and strong cross‑functional collaboration—this role delivers measurable impact on revenue and user success. You will work broadly across lead generation, product, customer success, sales, and agency partners to create scalable content and systems that convert prospects into loyal customers and advocates, while focusing keenly on reducing time‑to‑value for users. Core Responsibilities & KPIs Optimize Funnel Conversion & Time-to-Value : Design and execute experiments and initiatives to improve funnel progression, reduce drop‑off, and shorten the time-to-value for new customers. KPI : Conversion rates at each funnel stage, time-to-value metrics, retention and expansion. Website Content & Conversion : Develop and optimize website pages to clearly communicate features and benefits, maximizing visitor engagement and conversions. KPI : Page engagement and conversion rates. Client Messaging & Revenue Growth : Design targeted messaging and campaigns that highlight add‑on features and increase revenue per therapist in the existing client base. KPI : Expansion revenue and upsell conversion rates. Customer Research & Insights : Plan and conduct research initiatives (surveys, interviews) with current clients to surface actionable insights that inform product development and go‑to‑market strategies. KPI : Number of insights influencing roadmap and messaging. Segmentation & Data-Driven Targeting : Analyze user data by geography, therapist type, and practice size to recommend and execute segmentation strategies for personalized communications. KPI : Engagement and conversion lift by segment. Brand Reputation Management : Manage brand presence by soliciting and responding to reviews, collecting product pain points for internal teams, and promoting positive feedback. KPI : Review volume, sentiment, and resolution rate of product issues. Nurture Campaign Collaboration : Partner with the Funnel Lead to refine messaging and timing cadence for nurture and lifecycle marketing campaigns. Ambassador & Referral Programs : Build and grow ambassador programs that empower advocates on social media; explore influencer partnerships and expand referral programs within the therapist network. KPI : Ambassador engagement and referral‑driven revenue. Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with product, growth, analytics, sales, and customer success teams to align growth strategies, share insights, and deliver unified business outcomes. KPI : Measurable impact from cross‑team initiatives. Conversion & Time-to-Value Optimization : Lead experiments and initiatives that accelerate journey milestones and improve funnel progression. Content Ownership : Develop and maintain high-converting website and campaign content focused on driving user activation and revenue expansion. Research & Segmentation : Deliver customer segmentation analysis and design targeted communications informed by research insights. Brand & Review Management : Manage customer review solicitations and responses while feeding product issues and wins back to internal teams. Nurture Campaign Development : Collaborate on nurturing flows to deepen engagement and maximize retention and upsell opportunities. Advocacy & Referral Growth : Build ambassador/advocate programs and develop referral campaigns within the client network. Growth Data Infrastructure : Build and maintain dashboards and processes that measure growth KPIs and experimentation impact. What you bring 5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or customer marketing roles, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven environments. Proven collaboration skills : You work effectively across Product, Growth, Analytics, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive results. Expertise in growth and lifecycle marketing : Strong focus on funnel optimization, conversion improvement, and accelerating time-to-value. Product-led growth (PLG) experience : Familiarity with PLG motions and optimizing engagement and conversion within such models. Content optimization : Proven success writing and refining content to drive conversion and deepen engagement. Analytical mindset : Hands‑on experience with customer research, segmentation, funnel analysis, and experimentation to inform strategy. Reputation management : Experience overseeing brand reputation and customer feedback processes to strengthen customer trust. Program development : Demonstrated ability to build and scale referral and ambassador programs that amplify growth. Collaborative and cross-functional : Comfortable partnering with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve shared goals.
