We are looking for a highly skilled Principal Talent Partner to focus on leadership hiring across our organization. This role is critical to building and scaling our leadership teams, with a particular focus on Director, Sr Director and VP hires. As a Principal Talent Partner, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for key leadership roles. In some cases, you’ll own the process end-to-end in-house; in others, you’ll act as the primary liaison partnering closely with external retained search firms (C-Level roles). You’ll work hand-in-hand with internal leaders, providing strategic hiring support and helping guide workforce planning initiatives. What You’ll Do: Drive full-cycle leadership and critical/high priority roles included but not limited to: Director, Sr Director, VP, and partnering with retained search firms for C-suite roles. Build strong, trusted partnerships with internal leadership across multiple functions. Strategically leverage and grow your network to identify and engage top leadership talent in San Francisco and other hubs. Represent our company with professionalism and executive presence. Serve as an important advocate and spokesperson for MaintainX. Partner with external search firms when needed, ensuring they represent MaintainX with excellence. Deliver a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process. Guide and support workforce planning initiatives alongside our People and Leadership teams. Operate with a balance of strategic advisory and hands-on execution from sourcing to closing. Create and deliver compelling content to promote awareness of current open roles. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure a deep understanding of the business. About You: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years in talent acquisition, 3+ years of deep experience recruiting for senior leadership roles, in tech SaaS high-growth environments. Well-connected within the San Francisco talent market and networks. Excellent communicator with strong executive presence, able to represent the company and leadership brand exceptionally well. Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing the "grind work" from sourcing to scheduling to closing.Skilled at building trusted relationships with senior leaders and providing strategic hiring guidance. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple complex searches simultaneously. Experience partnering with retained search firms is a plus.
