The Role StackAdapt is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Commercial hiring. In this role you will play a critical part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, delivering high‑quality candidates, while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. This position requires a proactive, organized, and people‑oriented professional who can manage the full‑cycle recruitment process. What You’ll Be Doing Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job posting through to offer acceptance. Source and engage high‑caliber candidates through direct outreach, applicant pools, and referrals. Analyze data from ATS and resumes to identify challenges in the hiring process and find creative solutions to improve efficiency and throughput. Identify patterns in hiring processes that need to be resolved, and take ownership with hiring managers and Talent Leadership to ensure changes are rolled out. Advocate for diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process, promoting a fair and unbiased evaluation of all candidates. What You’ll Bring To The Table 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a high‑growth company. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Greenhouse) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers. Ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make data‑driven decisions. Proactive and able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. A people‑oriented professional who is approachable, empathetic, and customer‑service driven.
