About The Opportunity A remote-first technology company operating in the SaaS analytics and data intelligence sector, building data products and dashboards that drive product, growth, and revenue decisions. We convert raw data into trusted insights by designing scalable ETL pipelines, dashboards, and KPI reporting used by cross‑functional teams. Primary Title: Data Analyst | Location: Remote — Canada | Company: Fireno Role & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines and data transformations to ensure timely, clean, and reliable datasets for analytics and reporting. Write optimized SQL queries and Python scripts to extract, analyze, and validate large datasets from relational and cloud‑native data stores. Create interactive dashboards and visualizations (Tableau/Power BI) that surface KPIs, trends, and actionable insights for product, sales, and executive stakeholders. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define measurement frameworks, design A/B test analyses, and translate business questions into analytical approaches. Perform ad‑hoc and recurring analyses—cohort, funnel, retention, and revenue analyses—to inform strategic decisions and roadmap prioritization. Document data definitions, maintain data quality checks, and implement monitoring to ensure consistency and trust in reporting outputs.
