**Job Title: Forklift Operator****Job Description**We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our operations team. In this role, you will operate reach forklifts and order picker forklifts to efficiently pick and handle orders. The position requires consistent heavy lifting of items, some weighing up to 80 lbs, as well as loading and unloading trailers using a sit-down forklift.**Responsibilities**Operate reach and order picker forklifts to pick and handle orders.Consistently lift heavy items, up to 80 lbs, during order picking.Load and unload trailers using a sit-down forklift.Perform manual tasks for approximately 70% of the time.Maintain communication with clients through emails using Microsoft Office.Exhibit a proactive and motivated attitude to address tasks beyond the typical job description.**Essential Skills**Minimum of 6 months experience with sit-down forklifts, preferably Yale brand with regular steering.Minimum of 6 months experience with order picker forklifts.Proficiency in Microsoft Office for client communication.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Fall arrest certification is a nice to have.**Why Work Here?**Join a small team with ample opportunities for growth and development.
