Join to apply for the Senior Product Manager role at HighlightTA We’re supporting a well-funded, early-stage SaaS company in the search for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of a high-impact product area focused on delivering Actionable Insights. In this role, you’ll take ownership of how data is leveraged across the platform to drive smarter decision-making. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to surface internal insights, embed intelligent features into user workflows, and help define the next generation of data-driven experiences. Key Responsibilities Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Actionable Insights domain. Leverage internal and external data to deliver insights that inform better decision-making. Build product experiences that integrate intelligent insights directly into user workflows. Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities. Document and communicate ideas clearly in a written-first, asynchronous environment. Analyze customer feedback and product usage to inform decisions and optimize the user experience. Support product discovery using visual tools (e.g., sketches, wireframes) to bring ideas to life. What You Bring 8+ years of experience in SaaS or enterprise software product management. Strong background in data analytics, with the ability to translate complex needs into intuitive solutions. Familiarity with BI/reporting tools and experience writing queries or building reports. Demonstrated success leading product initiatives from ideation through delivery in fast moving environments. Clear communication skills and the ability to build trust across engineering, design, sales, and customer teams. Experience working cross-functionally and navigating ambiguity with a bias for action. Proven track record of customer-centric thinking and data-informed decision-making. Bonus Points Experience in data-intensive product environments or analytics platforms. Familiarity with Shape Up methodology or similar product development frameworks. Proficiency with tools such as Basecamp, Google Workspace, Slack, or similar.
