Overview As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead efforts to deliver new features and products, driving Qualified’s next-generation B2B marketing platform. You’ll guide the software lifecycle with customer insights and metrics, collaborating with product designers and engineers to plan and execute projects, and working with marketing, sales, and the customer team to launch products. Qualified is at the frontier of applying AI—especially LLMs—to B2B marketing, seeking technologists, innovators, and problem solvers who are excited by uncharted possibilities. Responsibilities Work with customers and stakeholders to solicit input, facilitate debate, and drive consensus on product direction Turn fledgling product ideas into well-reasoned requirements and roadmaps aligned with business goals Guide the efforts of product designers and engineers toward delivering great products Define a vision for bringing new products to market through validation, launches, and maturity through customer feedback and iteration Support your team in achieving success—lead, motivate, and inspire, or contribute with QA, UAT, technical writing, etc. The Ideal Candidate Has 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the B2B space Is adept at navigating technical complexities and has a technical background, preferably Believes in leveraging agile product development to iteratively build toward long-term goals Has excellent product sense and strives to deliver high-impact products Communicates and collaborates effectively with executives, stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and customers Has an entrepreneurial spirit About Qualified Qualified is the Agentic Marketing platform for B2B companies worldwide.
