We are a fast‑paced, collaborative team transforming how agencies run and grow their businesses. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team. In this role you will work across our product portfolio, taking a critical lens to user journey, adoption, and retention, with particular emphasis on improving customer activation and long‑term growth. As a Senior Product Manager, You Will Own and evolve product areas that deliver value to customers and support business objectives. Drive improvements across the customer journey, including onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. Identify opportunities through customer research, data analysis, and stakeholder input. Define problems, set goals, and prioritize initiatives based on impact and effort. Partner with design and engineering to deliver high‑quality, customer‑focused solutions. Collaborate with product marketing, sales, support, finance, and RevOps to ensure cohesive customer experiences. Use experimentation and metrics to validate ideas and measure outcomes. Communicate product strategy, progress, and learnings clearly to stakeholders. Advocate for strong product thinking and customer‑centric decision making across the company. What You'll Bring 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment. Experience owning product initiatives end‑to‑end, from discovery through launch and iteration. Comfort working with data to inform decisions, track outcomes, and learn from results. Experience leading growth‑related initiatives such as onboarding, activation, or expansion. A balance of intuitive design sensibility and data‑driven decision making. Proficiency in data analysis and experimentation. Strong user‑centric mindset, with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to empathize with users. Excellent collaboration and communication skills across functions and levels. Familiarity with MarTech or agency workflows is a bonus. Compensation Base salary ranges from $125,000 to $175,000 CAD, with additional variable components discussed during the interview process.
