Evaluate the effectiveness of the management system and implement modifications when required to reflect changing workplace conditions or comply with new legislation. Evaluate health and safety hazards and prepare written reports that include recommendations relating to control measures. Develop and maintain health and safety training programs. Qualifications You hold a university degree in science or engineering with training in occupational health and safety or industrial hygiene. You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. You have a thorough understanding of industrial work processes and legislation pertaining to occupational health and safety. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You can work well both in a team setting and independently. You have excellent computer skills.
