Base pay range $60.00/hr - $70.00/hr About the Opportunity Russell Tobin is partnering with a leading rideshare technology company to hire a Legal Technology Solutions Analyst to support a fast-growing Legal Operations and Legal Technology team. This role sits at the intersection of legal, technology, and operations, helping scale and optimize the systems that power a highly regulated, high-growth environment. Description Reporting to the Legal Technology Solutions Lead, this role provides hands‑on support across legal technology platforms, workflow optimization, automation initiatives, reporting, testing, and day‑to‑day operations. You’ll work closely with Legal Operations, IT, Finance, attorneys, and vendors to ensure legal systems run smoothly and continue to evolve. This is a high‑impact, execution‑focused role for someone who enjoys improving processes, supporting enterprise systems, and driving adoption of legal technology. Key Responsibilities Support administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of legal technology platforms, including Ironclad (CLM), Onit, DocuSign, Legal Tracker, and JIRA Assist with legal workflow analysis and implementation of technology‑driven improvements Support AI and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual work Document business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications Manage user access, permissions, and role‑based security across platforms Help build and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs, adoption, outside counsel spend, accruals, and budgets Coordinate testing efforts, including BAT/UAT, documenting results and supporting releases Support technology implementations by tracking tasks, timelines, and vendor deliverables Act as a point of contact for vendors for routine requests and issue resolution Assist with training, demos, UAT support, and self‑service documentation Provide ongoing operational and troubleshooting support Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or legal services provider in a legal technology/systems analyst role Hands‑on Ironclad experience (required) Experience administering legal software and knowledge management tools Configuration/support experience with at least two of the following: Ironclad, Onit, DocuSign, JIRA, or similar CLM / legal spend platforms Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements Experience supporting BAT/UAT and technology implementations Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and vendors Strong organizational and communication skills Self‑starter who can work independently while taking direction from leadership Nice to Have Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) to automate tasks and improve delivery speed Familiarity with legal operations metrics, outside counsel management, and spend analytics Seniority level Associate Employment type Contract Job function Legal Industries: Technology, Information and Media and Travel Arrangements Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Russell Tobin by 2x Get notified about new Legal Analyst jobs in Toronto, Ontario, Canada .
