Tranzeal s deep industry experience makes us the partner of choice for a growing number of Fortune 1000 companies, midsize enterprises and small businesses worldwide.We are currently looking for 'Legal Technology Analyst (Ironclad)' to support one of our clients with the following skills:Requirement:Job Title: Legal Technology Analyst (Ironclad is a must)Duration: 6+ monthsLocation: Toronto, Canada /Hybrid 3days (Locals highly preferred)Position OverviewBachelor's degree required5+ years of experience in a law firm, corporate legal IT department, or Legal Services provider in a legal tech - business system analyst capacityIronclad experience is requiredDemonstrated experience administering legal software and knowledge-management toolsHands-on configuration and support experience with at least two of the following: Ironclad (mandatory), Onit, DocuSign, JIRA, or similar CLM/Legal spend management platformsProven ability to gather and document business requirements and support technical implementationsProficient in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to expedite work, automate tasks, and deliver high-quality results efficientlyExperience conducting business acceptance testing and coordinating UAT activitiesStrong ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including vendor coordinationExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support concurrent projectsClear and concise interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsNote: Please send your updated resumes to nareshv@tranzeal.com
