Defining, building, implementing and monitoring Sales Plan, including sales strategies, targets, and priorities Creating action plans for defined sales targets and working with our suppliers to execute the plans Educating customers and staff on products; managing customer sample & educational stock levels Qualifications College Diploma or Degree (in Business/Sales/Marketing preferred) and/or 3 or more years of successful Roofing Sales experience Valid driver’s license Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations Authorized to work in Canada Ability to travel Roofmart recognizes that its success is due to the strength of its employees.
