About The Team Our machine learning team handles the full ML development cycle from data collection to model deployment and maintenance for vision and language models. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and maintain nesto’s Salesforce environment Create best practices for data architecture, user interface, role design, and business logic within Salesforce Maintain and extend Salesforce integration with core backend services Write modular, maintainable code Apply strong technical skills in design, coding, testing, and debugging Deliver small‑scoped projects independently and larger projects within a team of collaborators Investigate hard‑to‑reproduce bugs, narrow‑down failure conditions, and conduct tests for new functionalities Continuously learn system and technology, applying new knowledge to work Work closely with Operations leadership to rapidly test, execute, and iterate on core business processes Who We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of professional software development experience Experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud) Deep understanding of Salesforce integration patterns Proficiency in deciding when to use flows vs. Apex Strong experience with LWC development Platform Developer 1 certification (ideally Platform Developer 2) Motivated to build applications that users love and use Eager to learn and share knowledge Excellent communication skills Team player who collaborates with people from diverse backgrounds Self‑driven and comfortable in fast‑paced teams Comfortable with modern application architecture The Reward The A-Team : Work alongside high‑performing talent in the industry.
