We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team in North Vancouver, BC. This is a full‑time, commission‑based (percentage‑based) role with strong earning potential for motivated and results‑driven individuals. Key Responsibilities Finding and engaging potential customers through lead generation, networking, and outreach Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Communicating effectively to understand client needs Managing the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing Presenting product solutions and recommending suitable options Preparing proposals and negotiating terms Providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business This role requires a proactive professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can represent Diba Windows with confidence and integrity. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to exceed targets Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience in windows, doors, construction, or related fields is an asset Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently and within a team Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications College diploma or bachelor’s degree required Compensation This is a commission‑based / percentage‑based sales position offering unlimited earning potential for high performers with strong closing skills and industry knowledge. The first three months will be considered a probationary period and will be commission-based only. Upon successful completion of the probation period, and based on performance and overall contribution, the parties may negotiate the addition of a base salary, in addition to commission.
