About The Job The key objective of the Project Management Trainer is to be part of the PM Academy team and deliver PM Training to the business, including the incorporation of Agile Methodologies into Programmes. Salary: Circa £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team. The Opportunity The key objective of the Project Management Trainer is to be part of the PM Academy team and deliver PM Training to the business, including the incorporation of Agile Methodologies into Programmes. As a member of the PM Academy Team, promote both the project management training and PMI professional development to the business. Ramp up on the training in order to support the delivery / deliver the training to the quality and standards developed by the PMO with a focus on engaging the delegates, learning new methodologies and ensuring that the delegates have had the opportunity to practice and be assessed in their competence and any further support is identified. As a member of the PMO team, assist in the design and develop new training courses / modules in order to maintain an up-to-date training portfolio Drive and deliver change initiatives set out by the PMO, monitor feedback. Ensure we optimise opportunities to embedded Agile concepts in current Project Management and Project Control courses Ensure training reflects MBDA processes & assist in the creation new processes relating to Agile Act as an Agile ambassador to ensure Agile is represented in the Improvement Deployment Scorecard Ensure effective level of courses available for Agile Centre of Practice members to develop in their careers.
