Position Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Training Program Development**:

- Create engaging and interactive training materials, presentations, and resources for different training modules.
- Develop training assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

**2. Training Delivery**:

- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for new hires and existing employees across various departments.
- Utilize a variety of training methods and techniques, such as workshops, role-playing, simulations, and e-learning, to accommodate different learning styles.
- Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually, adapting to the needs of remote or geographically dispersed teams.

**3. Content Management**:

- Maintain and update training content to reflect changes in processes, policies, and industry trends.
- Organize and manage training materials, resources, and documentation for easy access by trainees and other trainers.

**4. Individual Coaching and Feedback**:

- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees who need additional guidance or assistance as directed by evaluation procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Offer constructive feedback to trainees to help them improve their skills and performance.

**5. Training Evaluation and Improvement**:

- Analyze training effectiveness through metrics and data analysis, making recommendations for enhancements.

**6. Cross-Department Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with department managers to identify specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Partner with IT and other relevant departments to ensure that technical training content is accurate and up-to-date including cyber-security and data privacy initiatives.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or similar role, preferably in a multi-departmental setting.
- Strong knowledge of learning principles and training methodologies.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using multimedia tools and training software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing training needs and environments.
- Relevant certifications in training, instructional design, or related areas are desirable.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
