Concrete Plant Manager

Job Description Oversee daily operations of the concrete plant to ensure efficient and safe production of high-quality concrete. Manage plant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain optimal productivity. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate timely procurement to prevent production delays. Implement and enforce safety protocols and environmental regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards. Coordinate with project managers and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules and client requirements. Analyze production data and generate reports to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction. Maintain and troubleshoot plant equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations. Develop and implement quality control procedures to guarantee consistency and reliability of concrete products. Liaise with suppliers and contractors to negotiate favorable terms and resolve any supply chain issues. Drive a culture of continuous improvement by leading initiatives to optimize plant performance and employee engagement. Job Requirements Minimum of 12 year of experience in concrete plant operations or a related field. Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a manufacturing or construction environment. Strong understanding of batching plant processes, equipment, and quality control standards. Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively. Ability to analyze operational data and implement process improvements. Solid knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices. Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Proficiency in using plant management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Flexibility to work onsite and adapt to changing project demands.
