Territory Sales Representative Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Representative is tasked with developing and maintaining sales within the Montreal, Laurentians, Ottawa, and Gatineau territory. Our client deals in commodities and is looking for a HUNTER to join their team. This is not a role for an account manager. They want someone driven and eager to build up their existing business by relationship building, networking, and cold calling. This is a long term growth opportunity. Role and Responsibilities Making outbound sales calls for prospecting, converting, and breaking into new accounts, and maintaining existing ones. Consulting and educating your clients on various product lines, while establishing long-term relationships. Actively driving the full sales cycle, from initial contact to close. Achieving established key KPIs. Maintaining records of all client interactions and sales pipeline in the company’s CRM. Achieving assigned revenue budgets. Actively identifying new business opportunities. Development vs Maintenance: 70% vs 30% Education and Experience College degree or bachelor’s degree in a related field 1-3 years of related commodity sales experience; Must have a proven track record in outside sales; Strong verbal and written communication skills in English-French are required Be a self-starter and able to work independently; Strong negotiation skills with proven persistence and resilience; Strong work ethic Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Outlook and CRM applications; Drivers' license and a willingness to travel and be on the road to visit clients Représentant commercial territorial Relevant directement du directeur des ventes, le représentant des ventes de territoire a pour tâche de développer et de maintenir les ventes dans le territoire de Montréal, des Laurentides, d'Ottawa et de Gatineau. Notre client œuvre dans le domaine du produits des basses et est à la recherche d'un CHASSEUR pour se joindre à son équipe. Il ne s'agit pas d'un rôle pour un gestionnaire de compte. Il s'agit d'une personne motivée et désireuse de développer ses affaires existantes en établissant des relations, en faisant du réseautage et en faisant de la sollicitation à froid. Il s'agit d'une opportunité de croissance à long terme. Rôle et responsabilités Effectuer des appels de vente sortants dans le but de prospecter, de convertir et de percer de nouveaux comptes ou de maintenir les comptes existants. Conseiller et éduquer les clients sur les différentes lignes de produits, tout en établissant des relations à long terme. Piloter activement l'ensemble du cycle de vente, du premier contact à la conclusion de la vente. Atteindre les principaux indicateurs de performance établis. Conserver des enregistrements de toutes les interactions avec les clients et du pipeline de vente dans le système de gestion de la relation client (CRM) de l'entreprise. Atteindre les budgets de revenus assignés. Identifier activement de nouvelles opportunités commerciales. Développement vs maintenance : 70% vs 30% Formation et expérience Diplôme universitaire ou licence dans un domaine connexe 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans la vente ; Avoir fait ses preuves dans le domaine de la vente à l'extérieur ; Solides compétences en communication orale et écrite en anglais et français est requis Être autonome et capable de travailler de façon indépendante ; Solides compétences en matière de négociation, persévérance et résilience avérées ; Avoir une solide éthique de travail ; Maîtrise des applications MS Office, y compris Outlook et les applications CRM ; Volonté de voyager et d'être sur la route pour rendre visite aux clients.
