We grow fresh, great-tasting, pesticide-free leafy greens locally and sustainably, delivering superior quality products to Canada's top grocery retailers. As we continue to expand across Ontario, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Territory Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Role Overview

The Territory Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving store-level success and execution across retail partners throughout the Greater Toronto Area. This position blends sales, merchandising, and operational coordination — ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in the field, enjoys relationship-building, and takes pride in flawless retail execution.

The successful candidate will spend a significant amount of time visiting stores, ensuring merchandising standards, and strengthening relationships with store teams, while also managing internal sales processes such as order coordination, invoicing, and demand planning.

Key Responsibilities

Retail & Merchandising Execution

· Conduct regular store visits across the GTA to ensure product visibility, freshness, and planogram compliance.

· Maintain high merchandising standards and identify opportunities to improve shelf presence and velocity.

· Monitor competitive activity, gather insights, and report on store-level performance.

· Relationship Management

· Build and maintain strong store-level relationships with department managers and staff.

· Act as the primary retail contact for store execution issues and ensure prompt communication back to the team.

Sales & Operations Coordination

· Manage incoming purchase orders and ensure accurate invoicing.

· Coordinate with the operations team on demand planning and forecasting to align production with retailer needs.

· Support the Sales Director with reports, analytics, and market feedback.

Administrative Support & Field Insights

· Assist with promotional tracking, product launches, and display execution.

· Capture and report store visit data, photos, and feedback in a structured format.

· Support Accounts Receivable by monitoring outstanding balances and collaborating with finance as needed.

Requirements (What You Bring)

· University degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

· Based in the Greater Toronto Area, with flexibility for frequent travel throughout the region.

· Valid G-class driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (required for store visits).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

· Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM or ERP systems is an asset.

· A willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership of results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
