Hello, I'm Bianka, Senior Team Leader at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in accounting, finance, and payroll positions. We are seeking a passionate Financial Controller with solid experience in manufacturing finance to manage accounting operations and actively contribute to the financial performance of our Pointe-Claire site. You will play a key role in optimizing processes, ensuring the quality of financial information, and supporting strategic decisions in a context where production, raw material costs, and operational efficiency are critical.Your responsibilities:* Oversee all accounting operations in a manufacturing production environment;* Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements;* Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS or ASPE) and internal policies;* Manage the financial closing processes and review reconciliations, production costs, inventories, and variance analyses;* Coordinate internal and external audits;* Conduct advanced financial analyses;* Participate in the preparation of the annual budget, the monitoring of results and the analysis of variances;* Develop and strengthen internal controls and financial management practices;* Optimize accounting processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of ERP systems;* Mentor, support, and develop the accounting team;* Participate in cross-functional projects, particularly those related to operations, production, and manufacturing efficiency.
