Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This is a key leadership role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide strategic financial guidance.

**Duties**:

- Manage all aspects of the accounting department, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to develop annual budgets and monitor performance against budgeted targets
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards
- Oversee the preparation of tax returns and coordinate with external auditors during annual audits
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in accounting regulations

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree preferred)
- CPA designation strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (Ecommerce/retail sector)
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Advanced Excel skills

Pay: $100,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
