You will guide cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions that drive revenue and member value, while integrating market insights, technology trends, and user needs into product development. We’re seeking a visionary leader with deep experience in credit cards, financial services, product strategy, and cross‑functional collaboration to shape the future of our Visa offerings. This is a Full‑time, Permanent role and will report directly to the Head of Products. Our head office is based in Vancouver, but we are open to candidates in BC and Ontario. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on‑site for events and business demands when needed. How You’ll Make An Impact Manage P&L for Visa portfolio ensuring growth and profitability goals are exceeded Leverage your strong analytical skills to drive account management and adjudication strategies optimizing growth, profitability and member experience Lead credit card roadmap development aligned with organizational goals Guide cross‑functional teams to deliver revenue‑generating, growth‑balanced solutions Conduct market and technology research to inform product strategy Integrate strategic insight and user focus to shape high‑impact products Administer planning and development to drive innovation across products and services Create research proposals with clear objectives, applications and resource plans Collaborate with engineers, designers and stakeholders to define product specifications Partner with leadership to design marketing strategies that generate business impact Manage project scope, timing, budgets and risks to ensure quality outcomes Prepare and launch product updates and introductions What You’ll Bring To The Team Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field. What You’ll Earn This role offers a salary range of $150,000 to $181,200 per annum . The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
