Are you passionate about leveraging AI to find better ways of working? Do you want to work for a rapidly growing company that understands the importance of AI across its various product, process and research domains? If so, you could be Info-Tech’s next Director of AI. As AI Director , you will play a leading role in building and maintaining our roadmap of AI initiatives. You will work with internal stakeholders and leading clients to assess how we can help them drastically improve performance using the latest AI tools and technologies, and you will drive the implementation of these projects through to value creation. What you will do, includes, but not limited to: Identifying opportunities to leverage AI for both key internal stakeholders and top client segments. Cultivating insights, ideas, and feedback into action plans for Info-Tech to review and adopt. Preparing business cases, requirements documentation and other materials needed to push forward on our AI project portfolio. Development Directly supporting the IT team as they build AI solutions based up on your specifications. Identifying and assessing key vendors to leverage; finding opportunities to build rather than buy key AI solutions. Conducting quality assurance to ensure that delivered solutions are robust and deliver upon the expected value proposition. Implementation Launch planning activities including phasing of our releases, setting milestones and schedules, and building communications plans. Training internal resources and providing subject matter expertise on new tools and functionality, as well as AI capabilities more broadly. Documenting our approach so that it is repeatable. Assessment Gathering feedback from all sources to assess the impact of our AI solutions and identify further opportunities to improve our products and processes. Measuring the value of our AI investments, including key metrics and monetization. Conducting competitor reviews both within the Research space as well as across other industries to determine our competitive standing. To be successful, you will need: Education and Experience Post-secondary education in business or technology a must. Up-to-date knowledge of AI/ML technologies and trends. Proven experience in leading, managing, and mentoring high performing cross-functional teams. Presentation and facilitation experience demonstrated through prior client-facing engagements important. History of gaining and maintaining trusted advisor status with management. Strong working relationships with C-suite considered beneficial. Travel Requirement: Must be flexible and have ability to travel periodically to Info-Tech and client locations both within and outside of North America when it is safe to do so. Visa Requirement: Must be eligible to obtain appropriate work Visa for cross-border work within North America and globally. Work Hours Requirements: Must be available for after-hours work periodically. Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish or German is preferred to support our diverse client base across North America and globally.
