Release Product Manager, CRM (Salesforce) Join to apply for the Release Product Manager, CRM (Salesforce) role at CIBC What You’ll Be Doing Join CIBC’s ECRM Enablement team as a Release Product Manager , where you will own the end-to-end release lifecycle across Salesforce and CRTeX domains. This role is critical to ensuring predictable, high-quality, and risk-controlled releases every PI, sprint, and quarter. Acting as the single source of truth for release scope, timing, and impacts, you will drive governance, alignment, and communication across a complex, multi-pod ecosystem. How You’ll Succeed Own the release calendar & governance – Define and maintain the release calendar, readiness gates, and compliance checkpoints to ensure smooth execution. li>Plan & coordinate releases – Manage dependencies across pods (ECRM, Loyalty, Contact Centre, Shared Services), organize release activities (including PIV), and lead cutover planning. Drive quality & risk management – Partner with QA and DevOps to monitor risk, enforce rollback plans, and lead go/no-go decisions for deployments. Ensure environment & deployment readiness – Validate environments, coordinate deployment schedules, and ensure readiness for production releases. Communicate & align stakeholders – Act as the quarterback for release communications—providing leadership with a single source of truth for scope, timing, and impacts. Continuous improvement – Maintain documentation for release processes, lessons learned, and governance artefacts to drive operational excellence. Collaborate across functions – Partner with stakeholders in Wealth, Retail, Technology, Data, and Operations to deliver FSC capabilities such as client onboarding, relationship management, and integrated workflows. Ensure compliance & governance – Adhere to enterprise controls for data privacy, consent management, and regulatory compliance throughout delivery. Mentor & influence – Provide guidance to Product Owners and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Strategic thinking – You balance short‑term delivery with long‑term vision, ensuring scalability and sustainability. Stakeholder engagement – You build strong relationships and influence outcomes through clear communication and collaboration. Technical acumen – You understand Salesforce FSC capabilities and can translate business needs into technical requirements. Predictability & discipline – You enforce readiness gates and maintain cadence to protect quarterly release plans. Risk control – You proactively identify blockers, elevate delivery drift, and ensure zero surprises for leadership. Who You Are You can demonstrate 4 to 6 years of work experience in product ownership, CRM delivery, or digital transformation. Proven ability to write user stories, manage backlogs, and prioritize competing demands. You can demonstrate 4 to 6 years of work experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud; Salesforce certifications are an asset. Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem trends and integration patterns. You are a Salesforce expert and can demonstrate deep knowledge and work experience of Salesforce platforms (FSC, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Loyalty) and integration patterns. It is essential to have experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and/or Salesforce certifications. You're an agile champion – Proven track record of leading agile teams and delivering complex programs in enterprise environments. You can demonstrate 2 to 4 years of work experience building consensus and influencing stakeholders of varying levels to achieve strategic objectives. Your influence makes a difference.
