**About the Role**
Sago Mini is looking for a Mobile Release Production Manager to join our digital products team.
**You’ll thrive in this role if you’re**:

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Own, plan, track and communicate the release pipeline for all Sago Mini products.
- Ensure apps are submitted, reviewed and approved by platform partners.
- Align with product managers on release roadmap as well as any changes that might be required by the app stores.
- Ensure all app store assets are created & uploaded - from descriptions to screenshots to trailers.
- Work external partners to ensure requirements are met and field any requests for changes.
- Ensure all apps are compliant with privacy standards (COPPA, GDPR) and manage audits for various certifications such as KidsSAFE seal.
- Work with internal stakeholders including developers, product/project managers, QA, design, marketing and partnerships teams.
- Work with the Partnerships team to ensure all business development deals that involve Sago Mini products are available and playable on partner platforms outside App stores.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- 5+ years of production management or related experience, preferably in mobile app development.
- You are fluent in the mobile app development release cycle and your attention to detail allows you manage various releases concurrently
- You know how to work in a collaborative team environment and navigate the challenges of app store platforms
- You understand the requirements of mobile app platforms (eg: Apple, Google, Amazon, etc) and are able to communicate to internal app teams
- You have excellent communication skills and an ability to manage and juggle multiple requests simultaneously
- You can manage expectations of internal stakeholders product/projects managers, QA, design while meeting expectations of external stakeholders
- You are curious and are able to work independently
- You know how to push back when needed and negotiate with stakeholders
- You are familiar with the Unity game engine
