*Responsibilities:*
* Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive volume growth while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
* Train, mentor, and support sales staff to ensure a professional and productive team environment.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
* Foster a customer-first culture, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.

*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience in automotive sales management with a track record of growing sales volume and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
* Strong leadership, process management and team-building skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Domestic brand experience is preferred.
* Experience with automotive systems such as PBS, TMS and vAuto is a big plus.
* Only applicants with sales management experience will be considered.
