Primary Responsibilities Plan and execute the design and development of cloud radiology software systems, performing technical analysis and implementing new features. Adhere to high standards in writing quality, secure, scalable, and supportable code. Create documentation and adhere to standards as a medical device manufacturer. Provide technical leadership to implement new functionality and improvements to existing implementations. Provide training and mentoring to other team members in areas of expertise. Interface with user representatives or other engineering groups to define requirements and/or necessary modifications when required. Proactively collaborate with other teams to resolve roadblocks and ensure smooth delivery. Required Qualifications High School Diploma/GED (or higher). 3+ years of professional software development experience in building complex commercial code. 3+ years of hands‑on experience and strong knowledge in C#, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, React. 3+ years of experience in data structures, algorithms, distributed systems and asynchronous architecture. 3+ years of experience with problem solving, debugging, and root cause analysis. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Experience with QC process and testing. Scrum and AGILE development experience. Familiarity with medical software and standards. Familiarity with GCP or equivalent public cloud environment. Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast‑paced environment. All telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's telecommuter policy. Canada Residents Only The salary range for Canada residents is $61,400 to $127,500 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications.
