The main responsibilities of the distributor are to promote, sell and distribute Mondoux Confectionery products, including our flagship product Sweet Sixteen, Giacomo and several other national brands such as Nerds, Pez and many others The Corporate Distributor’s sweet advantages: Competitive salary, commission and bonus program Group medication, dental and paramedical care insurance Stimulating challenge and unique business opportunity Employee Assistance Program and Telemedicine Group RRSP Personal leave banks Protected territories Work-life balance (Hello weekends off) Overview of tasks: Develop business opportunities within a defined geographical territory Sell regular, seasonal and promotional products Serve points of sale (approximately every 2 weeks) within the territory Establish a relationship of trust with the customer in order to become the resource person in the confectionery category Execute merchandising according to established planograms Place orders for goods Manage product returns and rotate them inside the store and truck Manage the inventory of truck and maintain sufficient stock Carry out bank deposits and all other administrative tasks Maintenance of the truck and work equipment according to company requirements Work as a team with the Territory Manager to achieve corporate objectives Qualifications required Dynamic and autonomous Excellent physical condition Knowledge of the territory Valid driver's license Join a dynamic growing company and take advantage of this unique business opportunity *Please note that it is possible to be a franchised distributor.
