Job Overview Title: Client Finance Analyst Location: Remote, Canada Employment type: Full-time Salary: CAD $76,500 – $85,500 The Client Finance Analyst reports to the Finance Director and provides financial oversight for a portfolio of clients. The role supports commercial operations including forecasting, reporting, and ensuring accurate billing through OLIVER’s proprietary job costing system. Responsibilities Assume the role of Client Finance Analyst on assigned client business, delivering financial support to clients and account teams. Assist with forecasting projected revenue monthly, quarterly, and annually; monitor the revenue pipeline. Provide commentary on revenue variances on a weekly basis. Track revenue completion progress on projects. Ensure billing instructions are communicated to the Billing Team. Review job set-up for accuracy and correct mistakes with account teams. Ensure production jobs are billed in a timely manner and to completion. Verify that all signed scopes, POs, etc. are in hand for billing and revenue recognition. Review weekly WIP with billers and account personnel; support issue resolution. Analyze WIP summary and aging to manage overages and communicate final billing. Analyze balance sheet summary and aging; communicate journal entries to the Controller’s group. Provide critical support to the Client Finance Director. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Capacity to make quick decisions. Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook; experience with Netsuite preferred. Attention to detail. High degree of organization. Dependability. Industry experience preferred. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in finance or related role. Benefits & Compensation Base salary ranging from CAD $76,500.00 to CAD $85,500.00. Compensation varies based on job‑related factors, including location, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
