**Role Overview**:
The Client Finance Analyst is the media agency finance support for the Media Teams and Shared Financial Services. This person is confident, process focused, solution minded and interacts professionally with persons at various levels to ensure finance auditable adherence to processes. Due to the volume and type of data being analyzed and managed this role requires to be supported by intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and ability to be comfortable in the use of database systems.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Provide supportive guidance and consultancy as Media Finance support:

- Billing for Media and Production
- Bridge questions, issues and process between Media Team and shared financial services
- Research and respond to questions related to client invoicing from agency
- Create and review Budget Control Reports that need to be used by the Media Teams and Finance for budget management processes
- Respond to special Client requests as they arise
- Know how to or quickly learn how to create and run custom system reports
- Respond to questions that are specific to Payables and Receivables
- Coordinate response to any team related Agency and Client questions or issues as they arise
- Timely and periodic review of client billing status and anything in progress
- Provide support in monitoring of Standard Operating Procedures
- Assist with internal and external audits (as needed)
- Identify problems and provide recommendations for process efficiency, improvements, and SOX requirements
- Provides financial information by preparing special reports/projects for both Corporate Accounting and/or Client Finance
- Troubleshoot errors and coordinate problem resolution with system being used in the agency
- Provide support in the agency Timesheet management:

- Code setups for time tracking
- Coordinate the Product Code set up process with Media Team and Shared Financial Services
- Indirect coordination and collaboration with Bridge team, Shared Financial Services, Corporate Accounting and UK Global finance

**Skills and Behaviour**:

- University Degree or College Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience
- 1+ years experience or internship in Finance Analysis, Finance Customer Service, Advertising and/or Media industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent projects
- Ability to inspire and interact with all levels of staff
- Strong computer skills with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook required. Intermediate proficiency in other Microsoft programs an asset
- Ability to understand and evaluate procedures within a process with a view to SOX and process improvement
- Ability to think in a process-driven/problem-solving manner; to understand and direct Finance, technical and data issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
