What You’ll Do Drive new business by identifying, prospecting, and closing new client opportunities in the Aerospace and Defence space. Spearhead a brand‑new vertical – leverage our brand, industry‑leading delivery, and your own stellar track record to grow this new division from the ground up. Consult and advise clients on market trends, hiring strategies, and workforce solutions. Collaborate with our delivery team to ensure clients receive exceptional service and high‑quality talent that meets their needs. Nurture and expand relationships with existing clients through excellent communication and service. Contribute insights and market intelligence that help shape business strategy and strengthen partnerships. Who You Are You have 5+ years of success providing top engineering talent in the Aerospace and Defense industry , with a proven track record of winning new clients in a hunter‑focused role. You are a true hunter who thrives on cold calling , building your own book of business, and can confidently speak to the clients and accounts you’ve built. Resilient and self‑aware – you understand that great sales come with ups and downs, and you’re always learning, adjusting, and pushing forward. Creative and idea‑driven , always looking for new ways to connect with clients, open doors, and stand out in a competitive market. You are competitive by nature yet collaborative at heart – you love being part of a team that wins together. You are strategic, adaptable, and motivated by results , with a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience. Must Have’s 5+ years of staffing sales experience within the Aerospace & Defence industry , with a history of building and managing your own book of business. Experience working with top talent from Core engineering disciplines within Aerospace & Defence, including but not limited to: Mechanical, Electrical & Hardware . Proven success in a hunter‑focused role that emphasizes new logo acquisition and top‑of‑funnel activity . Experience partnering closely with recruiters to ensure exceptional client delivery and customer success. Deep knowledge of the current Engineering and Design skill sets and technologies most in demand by leading organizations. Ability to work effectively in a flexible hybrid environment . A willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fun, supportive, and fast‑moving team culture. A solid understanding of the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing and client management. Confidence with cold calling and outbound outreach as a key part of your business development strategy.
