Job Description:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with administration and configuration of Atlassian JIRA product and development components.
  • Experience with Atlassian tool configuration and customization knowledge of JIRA, JQL and JIRA APIs ; creation of JIRA templates, custom issues and workflows, custom forms, attributes, and development of dashboards and reports.
  • 6+yrs. demonstrated expertise deploying project management tools , methodologies, and best practices – to ensure Atlassian tools are optimized and used to their full capabilities across multiple project streams.
  • 3+yrs . demonstrated experience with development and delivery of JIRA Training to project team members using a variety of forums and methods. (i.e. in person, online, training guides, learning sessions).
  • Demonstrated experience working in public sector or healthcare environments , preferably New Brunswick, showcasing a strong understanding of the local landscape, policies, and practices.
  • Certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Developer
  • University Degree in either Business Administration or Information Technology .
