Your Impact Lead the full cycle recruitment process from kick‑off meeting to candidate acceptance on a variety of roles, focusing on go‑to‑market positions (sales, marketing, customer success, etc.). Conduct candidate interviews, screening for the right mix of knowledge, skills, and values alignment to succeed at ZayZoon. Maintain high touch with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure smooth interview flow and aligned profiles. Act as the primary contact with candidates, building strong relationships and ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout. Utilize recruitment software and tools to streamline the hiring process and track candidates, maintaining detailed records. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance our recruitment strategies. You Bring 3+ years of high‑volume recruitment experience focused on go‑to‑market roles. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and hiring managers. Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting top talent across various levels and functions. Advanced knowledge of a modern ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and ability to fully leverage the system. A positive attitude and genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities.
