You’ll be the go‑to expert for both clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service and driving revenue. What You’ll Do: Develop new business and generate job orders Source and manage top‑tier candidates Present your most placeable candidates to employers Manage the full recruitment cycle from first contact to placement Collaborate with peers and contribute to a culture of excellence What You Bring: 1+ year of B2B sales experience (or 3+ years B2C) Strong communication and relationship‑building skills A results‑driven mindset and high sense of urgency A passion for recruitment and helping people succeed Ready to build something great with us?
