If you’re a sales-driven commercial insurance professional with broad surety expertise and a hunter mentality , we want to hear from you What You’ll Do Develop & Expand Business – Identify and close new commercial surety opportunities across Canada.Build Key Relationships – Become the trusted advisor for business owners, CFOs, and legal teams.Deliver Expert Bonding Solutions – Structure license & permit bonds, customs & excise bonds, fiduciary bonds, and other commercial surety products.Advise on Risk & Compliance – Guide clients through underwriting requirements and regulatory obligations.Leverage HubSpot CRM & Vertafore SIG – Manage pipelines, track submissions, and optimize follow-ups.Collaborate with Underwriters – Secure competitive terms from top commercial surety markets.Drive Revenue Growth – Consistently exceed sales targets for new business and renewals. What You Bring to the Table Active RIBO License (in good standing) – Required3+ Years Commercial Insurance Experience – Commercial surety focus strongly preferredProven success in closing mid-to-large scale surety accounts Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred ); Vertafore SIG experience is a plusSelf-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive remotely Why Join Ai Insurance Organization?
